Women’s Sober Curious Group
A non AA approach to exploring
your relationship with drinking

For women who are realizing drinking no longer serves them, but are feeling lost in redefining their relationship with drinking.

Women’s Sober Curious Group in Brentwood, TN

Drinking has played a big part in your life.

It’s been the way you cope, connect with friends, and unwind after a stressful day.

But you don’t love the way you feel after drinking. You don’t like the slippery slope you find yourself on where one drink leads to three to four to five.

You don’t like that you use it as a coping mechanism, or as a way of easing the anxiety and awkwardness that comes with socializing.

You wouldn’t go so far as to say you’re an alcoholic, or in need of AA groups, but you know you need some support and help in breaking the cycle and relationship you have with drinking.

You find it lonely and isolating to make different choices, because your family and your friends have normalized drinking as part of their daily life.

In this group, you will find both support, accountability, and the tools you need to redefine your relationship with drinking.

This group is not here to convince you to stop drinking.

Instead, it is a group meant to help encourage you, and strengthen your relationship with yourself, so that YOU define how you would like your relationship with alcohol to look like.

In just eight weeks, we will work through Amanda White’s book and workbook “Not Drinking Tonight,” to help you kickstart 2023 as the year you FINALLY reimagine who you would like to be with or without alcohol in your life.

Women’s Sober Curious Group is for women who:

“Not Drinking Tonight” Workbook

by Amanda White, LPC

Not Drinking Tonight isn’t a program to stop drinking. It’s a book to help you address the root issues that cause you to reach for a drink and create a life you love – one that is not perfect but is messy, real and one you are fully present for.

This is not a group for clients who have interest in traditional abstinence-based methods that involve going to rehab or attending 12-step groups.

Amanda-Jo Serrano Group Therapy Leader

Hi my name is Amanda-Jo and I am a Sober Curious Therapist who is personally familiar with walking along this journey.

I am so HAPPY you landed on this page and already so proud of you!

I know first hand how challenging it can be to navigate your relationship with alcohol alone, and be so unsure where to start or even scared to admit you have a “problem”.

You may be feeling unsure, nervous or just plain lost in what to do or where to go next and that is totally okay.

I will be here to support you, cheer you on, help you get equipped with the tools  you need to let go of patterns no longer serving you, and help you discover a new version of you that you are proud of.

Enrollment Closes March 9th
