Virtual Teachers Support Group
in Brentwood, TN
Do you feel like you barely survived the school year last year? Do you dread getting out of bed in the morning? Do you feel like you’ve lost the passion and aspirations that brought you to being a teacher in the first place?
If so, we want you to know that we see the burden that you carry. We witness the enormous amounts of pressures that you face and the many hats that you wear.
You are a human being with needs or your own; and yet, your work environment communicates a message of impossible demands; creating pressures to be everything for everyone else, and put your own needs last.
This support group for teachers is a space to come together, support one another through shared experience, while also discovering ways to make your personal needs and boundaries a priority.
When joining this group, you can expect a warm and inviting environment where you can confide and express your hard weeks, challenges, and big emotional responses.
You can expect to receive helpful tools and skills to center yourself before class or when interacting with difficult coworkers or students.
We will help you dive deeper into your personal needs and boundaries, and explore ways to give these needs and boundaries a voice.
