Stephanie Russell

I’m Stephanie Russell

I help anxious and depressed teens find hope and joy through coping mechanisms so they can enjoy day-to-day life.

I am a Masters Level Counselor at Replenish Her.

My goal is to provide a safe space where my clients can come and be themselves.

In a world full of social media where we are told what to be and how to act, this safe space can be essential. I want to provide my clients with a space free of the judgment they feel every day, and full of the hope they are longing for.

I do my best work helping teens…

Discover their self-worth.

Find confidence within themselves.

Understand their emotions better so they can be aware of what they are feeling.

Find joy in the midst of the ups and downs that life brings.

Learn how to communicate effectively.

ReplenishHER: Finals

I received my Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling From Capella University. I completed my Clinical Internship here at Replenish Her under the direct supervision of Christine Finnegan. I continue to work now with primarily the adolescent population as well as young women!  I have the biggest passion for helping women and teens find their voice and gain confidence in who they are. I love to pull in laughter, wit, and fun into my sessions, while also holding space for deeply painful memories and feelings.

I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Person-Centered Approach to empower my clients to overcome fear and doubt and find the strength to persevere through life’s challenges. I am also trained in EMDR to help my clients work through traumatic memories and experiences.

When I am not working with clients…

I am outside with my dogs, reading fiction and non-fictions books, or spending time with my friends and family.
