I know one thing to be universally true. We cannot emotionally survive by constantly doing everything for everyone else and never asking for help ourselves.
We need people, community, support, and a sense of belonging.
So why are we terrible at asking for help?
Many of us were raised to believe that our worth is only measured by how much we are doing for others. That by reaching out for help is a sign of weakness.
But living this way ultimately leads to feeling burnt out, cynical, and numb.
We resort to substances, social media, and our phones to distance our mind from the emptiness we feel inside.
I started Replenish Her with the desire to help women and teen girls grow in their love of self and ability to feel worthy.
I believe that people can be both a compassionate and giving person while also having really great self-awareness in asking for help and support from others.
I do my best work in helping women…
- Get really clear on who they are, rather than who they feel their supposed to be.
- Develop an inner voice that they can begin to trust and follow.
- Learn to feel confident in their choices and less guilty when setting boundaries with family and friends.
- Move past traumatic experiences and begin to live a life that no longer makes them feel like a victim to their circumstances.

I have over a ten-year history of working in the Mental Health Industry.
My career began as a Music Therapist providing group therapy in an Inpatient Psychiatric Hospital.
After receiving my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling I went on to provide Counseling Services at Nashville’s Domestic Violence Division, a Residential Drug and Alcohol Program, and a Women’s Intensive Outpatient Program for Anxiety, Trauma, and Depression.
I founded Replenish Her Counseling in 2017 and continue to love growing and providing services that help to empower the Women and Teen Girls within my community.
When I am not working, I am at home with my husband, raising our wild and beautiful two little girls. I love to be outside, read young adult fiction, spend time with my group of friends over board games and eat home cooked meals.
