I’m Grace Hallock

I help women, teens, and their families better navigate difficult life experiences with an increased sense of self-compassion so that they can move forward in life no longer feeling defined by their past.

I am a Clinical Therapist & Director of Community Outreach at Replenish Her

I’d love the chance to connect in a REAL way. It’s my belief that counseling should be a restorative, empowering, authentic, and lasting experience.

Consider the following questions:

Are you feeling anxious, depressed, or just plain tired?

Are you struggling in your relationships with your spouse, friends, coworkers, or other family members?

Do you long for sincere connection with healthy communication, boundaries, and “realness”?

Are you looking for lasting change and a strong sense of self and worthiness?

If you find truth in any of these questions, counseling could be a great fit for you. I can provide a safe space for you to just be without judgment or expectations. We will work together to gain insight and understanding of your story, build better awareness and self-compassion, and ultimately own your story in an empowering way.

I do my best work in helping women, teens, and their families…

Learn to better navigate big emotions with confidence and resiliency.

Develop skills in navigating triggers that come up presently from past traumatic experiences.

Feel a deep closeness and trust with friends and family.

Have better skills in communicating needs and boundaries with others.

I have an integrative, holistic approach that incorporates mindfulness, attachment work, acceptance commitment therapy, EMDR, experiential techniques and much more.

I received my Bachelors degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee and my Masters in Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University. I have training in EMDR, EFT, Theraplay, and other experiential techniques. I also consider myself a survivor—of childhood trauma, thyroid cancer, and most recently, twin mom life!
