I’m Candace Grahl

I help depressed and distressed women clarify their goals, recognize their own innate strengths, and begin to achieve amazing things so that they can live a life they choose and not one defined by their past.

I am a Master's Level Counselor at Replenish Her.

My goal as a therapist is to walk alongside my clients, offering support and guidance as they navigate the tough terrain of their experiences.

I believe that we come into this world perfectly whole. Through environmental hardships, dysfunctional family systems, or difficult life experiences, we come to believe things about ourselves that are not true. I strive to create a safe space for women to wrestle with the false beliefs about themselves, and help them find a way back to their true self.

I do my best work helping women:

Explore and establish healthy boundaries.

Learn to assert themselves in relationships.

Move past hurtful and distressing life events.

Discover who they are and what their purpose is.

I received my Master in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Trevecca Nazarene University.

I began my career as a drug and alcohol addictions counselor in an inpatient treatment center. While there, I worked individually with women, facilitated group therapy, and assisted in educating and supporting family members of those struggling in substance use.
I utilize Motivational Interviewing and Cognitive Behavior Therapy to help my clients identify the changes they want to make in their life, and empower them to make those changes. I am also trained in EMDR and love to utilize this approach in helping clients move through distressing experiences and feelings.
When I am not working with clients, I am at home with my husband and two teenage sons, being creative and honing my skills as a Bravo Real Housewives Historian.
