If I could speak to myself when I was a teenager, I would say... "Even though the darkness and pain feels like it will never end; I promise you it will. One day beauty will come from the ashes. Your life is worth living."
You deserve to feel excited about life.
You deserve to feel worthy of good things.
I am passionate about working with teens and young women who have experienced traumatic events, difficult relationships, or hard transitions; and are now struggling to feel hopeful towards the future.
It is my hope that after working with me, you will start moving forward in life with hope and excitement.
I truly believe that life can feel good again, and therapy can get you there.
I do my best work in helping teens and young women…
- Develop a compassionate inner voice.
- Bring curiosity to their experiences and develop a new perspective that is healing and affirming.
- Developing strategies to move forward after living through traumatic experiences.

I am currently a student at Trevecca University working towards my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Prior to going through this degree I have worked cross culturally in Central and South America as well as in West Africa.
I have worked with adolescents with physical and mental disabilities. I was a manager of a coffee shop for several years and recently set up a coffee program for a bakery.
I have an A.A. in Intercultural Ministry and a B.S. in Interdisciplinary Studies. I have led co-ed college groups and a college aged women’s groups.
I have worked in and co-led groups of adolescents and women through teaching English.
I am most passionate about healing trauma and have ambitions to get formally trained in EMDR, EFT, IFS, and TF-CBT.
When I am not working, you can find me out in nature. I love to camp, hike, garden, and work on my tree identification. I am a coffee enthusiast. I love to paint and work on home improvements as well as read many, many books!
I am being supervised by Christine Finnegan, LPC-MHSP, Clinical Director at Replenish Her Counseling; as well as my Trevecca School Supervisor. This means that my clinical work is reviewed with both Christine and my Trevecca Professor, to ensure the best quality care is rendered to my clients.
